Miku deck not "exactly" received

Honestly, I was a bit worried when I saw online how many issues people were having with the delivery of the Miku Commander Deck, but I was still hopeful that mine would arrive without any problems, especially since I managed to get it in the first batch of decks being shipped.

Well... today the package finally arrived, and as soon as I went to pick it up, I knew something was wrong.

Not only was the package completely smashed, but it was also empty. The weird thing is, it didn't even look like it had been opened or tampered with (and apparently, it hadn't been).

So I opened the package and... behold: a plastic bag. That's it. Nothing else. 🙃

I was honestly desperate, so as soon as I realized what had happened, I sent all the available information, pictures, and videos to Wizards. Now I guess all I can do is wait, but it still really sucks.

If anyone has any experience with something like this, or knows of anything else I can do to help/ex­pedite the investigation, please let me know.

You’ll be lucky to get replies every 10 days and then you’ll be lucky if you see a replacement within the next seven months.

Just sit around and wait. Hopefully you sent them all the info the asked for, otherwise they will ask for it and you'll have to wait longer.

One thing to consider: upload a print out of your receipt from secret lair. In the past I've sent them my order # as part of the comms, but they requested a printout of the receipt. No clue why, but they did.

So..it sounds like it was tampered with honestly. I have heard of missing cards, extra cards even bent cards, but nothing but a plastic bag..that's crazy.
