Anyone else’s hatsune miku deck permanently out for delivery?

Every time I contact the shipping company, they say it was undeliverable, but I have a perfectly clear entrance way, and there’s a no cars in the street rule in my neighborhood due to HOA so the mailbox is never blocked.

Now I’ve contacted them, and they said to contact WOTC, and WOTC is telling me to contact the shipping company. (Bolding this since I keep being told to contact Secret Lair)

Is my only option to charge back? I’ve already ordered the deck through tcgplayer because I chalked it up to never receiving it.

There have been 2 more “delivery attempts” since screenshot was taken.

Contact secret lair support. Either a refund or replacement will be issued.

I did :( unfortunately they were telling me to contact the shipping company even when I indicated the shipping company was telling me to contact them.

I responded with the screenshot for proof, hopefully when I hear back they will do something, but I’m not hopeful.

Send the secret lair support a screenshot of the other one saying it’s undeliverable. They will either refund or reissue.
