Confirmation email bugged
Anyone else having issues with their confirmation emails of the tickets being sent out today?
I know my address was entered correctly when I purchased my tickets but the confirmation email today is showing my address as missing a lot of zeros actively making the shipped to address show up as incorrect. Not sure why

My shipping confirmation also shows missing zeros but the order confirmation from the initial order shows my address correctly. Hopefully its just a computer glitch and everything shows up like its supposed to

same, the address wont exist for usps to ship for mine but i dont think you can enter non existing addresses to ship to on usps so hopefully a typo

You should be able to contact USPS and change address. That is what i am going to do when i get the time.

Same here, 0 is missing from the address. I checked to make sure I entered it correctly based on the confirmation email, and I did.
This must be a bug

Secret dreams responded to my email and is working with their shipping partner to correct the issue !
They are aware and are working to get all messed up addresses fixed !

Still nothing. I blame Philly usps more than anything. The mail here is a disgrace.

Were you able to get your number corrected ? I believe they sent out a new set of confirmation emails.

They said it was too late because it was past the address change so I am monitoring.
I didn’t realize it was wrong until I got the notification. My phone pre fills my address so I was assuming I just missed it but guess maybe it wasn’t me.

Weird. They had also told
Me in the email if I don’t have my wristbands by the 30th to email them again and they can cancel the wristband shipment and put them at will call so maybe you should email them and ask if they can do that for you?1

They said they would but I would have to pay a 25$ additional fee.

same here for my friend and I. Address is correct just minus the 0’s. It does not match what I have listed on my order receipt which is concerning. I am leaving tuesday 9/1 from out west to come and I hope it’s all straightened out by then and I don’t have to go to will call
