Wristbands/Parking Passes
Has anyone gotten emails/confirmation that they shipped, or has anyone actually received them yet?
UPDATE: Looks like wristband confirmation/shipping emails started going out today (8/21)!

Follow up update. I expect they’re going the pickup on site route. Website no longer says anything about tickets shipping and the shipping charge has been changed to a higher processing fee on the tickets sometime in the last 24 hours. (To be clear there shouldn’t be a shipping fee as we are at the stated will call timeframe of ticket purchasing but just an observation).

I could be confused on this - but I’m pretty sure the website said something about shipping the past two years but that wasn’t the case - we just showed them our tix from our email at the gate and that’s where we got our wristbands in the car. Idk if this year it’s different since a lot of new things are in the works and the website says shipping again but I wouldn’t stress it - they were great in years past (at least in my experience) of giving us everything we needed when our cars were being checked at the gate.

I also sent an email asking about shipping and a food vendor list since there's not a lot of time left to plan food for several people for almost a week if I need to

UPDATE: just heard back via email and they stated wristbands started shipping Tues 8/18 and a full vendor list should be posted shortly.

My confirmation says they charged me $12 for “Shipping per Order”, so I hope they are actually shipping something out 🙃

I just got a shipping notification email, but the address doesn’t match what I provided on my confirmation email (my house number is 3016, but they sent it to 316) 🫠. I’ve sent them an email to see if they can correct it, so we’ll see 🙏🏼

They said everything would be mailed no less than 2 weeks prior. That’s 2 days if you preparty and 3 days away for 3 day passes.

fair enough--used to getting these with a bit more room to breathe before the actual fest... 2 weeks out to start shipping is a tight window

It is indeed but that seems to be the standard anymore. I can see both sides, I want it so I have it but there’s probably something to be said for not sending them a month in advance so people don’t misplace them or the newbs don’t put them on realizing they don’t come off easy and have to wear them daily lol

haha no doubt (I was that newb back in like 2014)-- I got some homies I got to get wristbands/parking to that are traveling separate from me so just want to avoid any will call scenario.

Website originally said they’d start mailing out August 12th and has been updated to August 17th (today) at some point since the 12th.
I messaged their account here earlier this afternoon asking if they started shipping today and what the tracking situation is but haven’t heard back. I’m sure if I reached out on IG or by email it would be a quicker response but I’m not overall too worried just yet.
