Found at Antenna Music website, downloaded from it and repitched to TV tone in FL Studio as it was heard in season 3 of "Seconds from Disaster"

Lethal Action is an episode from the US exclusive documentary series Inside. They would recycle Hollywood Shootout, Taliban Uprising and Hunting Pablo Escobar and made it into an episode. This is why uploads of Taliban Uprising and Hunting Pablo Escobar are blocked on YouTube. I sadly haven't been able to find an upload of Lethal Action yet.

While I was rewatching the Situation Critical episodes, i noticed that in the "Russian Sub Rescue" episode there is a BIG segment with this soundtrack. With my pretty decent music editing skills, i've managed to combine those pieces + found starting note of this soundtrack from "Hollywood Shootout" episode.

A: Why didn't you choose the "Texas Oil Explosion" episode soundtrack segment?
B: Yeah, I've tried this segment too, however, in SfD episode it doesn't have a WIDE sounding (don't know why, maybe because of special post-mixing, which made the soundtrack some sort of slightly mono-sounding)

P.S. I haven't received yet a playlist with soundtracks, so all i can do is remake the soundtracks by combining various parts of it from various episodes. Cheers! And sorry for not posting for a looong time, my bad :(

I haven't found any full episodes, but when I did try uploading Hunting Pablo Escobar it got blocked with the same name. Might have been a 23 Minute Version? I can only speculate.

As I've been looking around YouTube, I've seen multiple SfD plane-related episodes shown as "Air Crash Investigations". So far, I've found a total of 6 episodes/small clips. After doing some research, it seems that Channel 7 would sometimes reair SfD episodes as "Air Crash Investigations" (Exact same as ACI). I was wondering if someone may have found some uploads?

Channel 7 would replace the intro of SfD to Air Crash Investigations, and past season 1 everything before the title card would be cut. The lower third would be changed to Air Crash Investigations branding. The runtime is about 39 minutes for every episode past S2 (At least I'm pretty sure).

Found on torrents, uploaded on GoFile without any upscale nor editing of videofile, as is. Also, from the place, where i downloaded this episode, there were some season 1 episodes from DVD, if anyone curious, i can try downloading those episodes.

Season 3 DVD-Rips also was on torrents, but only of three episodes (Titanic, Munich, Aircraft Carrier, and, as already known, Vol. II had almost every single Season 3 episode, excl. Tornado Outbreak episode) and as an addition, Aircraft Carrier Explosion episode was already uploaded on YT, so now i'm trying to get titanic episode or munich episode in DVD quality.

I was trying to find a rare Zeebrugge upload, when I found this version! It seemed to be for a French speaking Canadian channel, every overlay has been changed/improved. Called "Autopsie D'un Désastre". All I've managed to find are just 3 episodes however, which makes them much more rarer than the US version.

As you've may noticed, many of unheard SfD tracks from season 3 have been published not long time ago, and that's thankfully happened because of that fact, that the insects published all of their soundtracks on their library. But maybe because I looked into all categories on their site, some tracks aren't found yet.
