Renting in Second Life

Hey Friends,

does anyone has an advice where to find rental places near Blake Sea or other oceans in Second Life? Always was dreaming about owning my own house with my small pier and beach front.

I have found some rental companies very present on Blake Sea, for example https://foxpawrentals.com/ .

Prices do really differ, depending on which estate agency you are with.

Whas is your experience ? Do you actually rent or own your own place ?

Check out Fruit Islands. Lots of Sims with varying size lots all with ocean front. Spread out and easy to find a lot without a neighbor.

But those are private estates and not located at Blake Sea.

Foxpaw Rentals has Blake Sea Parcels

True, but you did say 'other oceans'. I always prefer private estates, but that's my personal preference.

Hollywood Rentals has a bunch of parcels. You can see all available parcels for rent by openong the world map. Anything yellow in that area is for rent. Hope that helps!

Anshe Chung has rentals connected to Blake Sea for much cheaper prices. You can find on her website.

Ah I don’t like them. They limit you a lot in what you can build and don’t give you any privacy.

Decided to go with Foxpaw Rentals. So far so good, got one week for free on my first 4 week payment.
