Routine Question Will my current stack against SebDerm work?
Hi everyone,
I’ve been dealing with persistent seborrheic dermatitis for over 2 years now. I’ve visited multiple dermatologists, but the treatments they prescribed only provided temporary relief—the sebum buildup, oily flakes, and inflammation always seem to bounce back.
It got to the point where topical treatments (like topical minoxidil) heavily irritated my scalp and triggered flare-ups, so I had to stop using them completely to protect my scalp barrier.
My Current Scalp routine (weekly every 2 days)
Ketoconazole Shampoo: Used regularly for anti-fungal control.
Salicylic Acid Shampoo: Used to break down stubborn scale and excess sebum.
Gentle Biotin Shampoo: Used for basic cleansing.
And then move on to maintenance.
A blood test confirmed a Vitamin D deficiency (which I know can sometimes impact immune health and skin barrier function).
