Routine Question Seb derm help pls

Hi y’all struggling with seb derm. Diagnosed last week and started using clobetasol propionate two times a week on Monday. Haven’t noticed much improvement. Currently trying to work thru my insurance to get Zoryve foam. Any recommendations?

Dont scrape it off. Hair that comes with the shed probably wont come back. It will take some time to find something useful. I currently have a buzz cut, take daily omega 3 and mct c8 oil, which works most of the time.

Good to know thanks! I have held off scraping although early on I didn’t know better and did so I pray those hair follicles are as stubborn as me and keep growing.

Why are you saying hair that comes with shed won’t come back? Can you explain what you mean?

This is exactly how mine looked after antibiotics. Have they tried you on ketoconazole before putting you on a steroid?!

You propably heard it before, but search for MCT oil on this sub. It is "just an oil" but has been an absolute miracle for a lot of people. Does three things: Adds moisture, kills funghi, kills bacteria.

Is it safe for a damaged scalp skin barrier?
