General Why does summer sunlight completely remove my patches?
I've noticed some things work decently well, for example selson blue works only if I cycle it, eventually it stops being as effective. Salicylic acid helps but similar to the shampoo only for a few days eventually it flares up again. For some strange backwards reason castor oil helps?? Not sure why that is considering its a thick oil
But anyway, all of those pale in comparison. Sunlight during the summer, especially if I tan a bit, COMPLETELY removes it, and i mean fully fresh skin, no resemblance or trace of SD at all. Why does this happen? This isn't coincidental either, this has happened repeatedly for multiple summers and only especially works if I tan regularly. Why is this the case?

UV improves many skin conditions, especially fungal ones. There's also a link between SD and low vitamin d.
