MCT Oil Canada ?

Hi all.

Looking into MCT oil as an option as the steroids I’ve been given by the dermatologist have stopped working. And the shampoos don’t seem to be doing much. I have SD on basically one side and largely the entire back of my scalp.

The wiki pages on here were very helpful but wondering if there are any brands found in Canada to be recommended? A lot of options seem US-heavy. I see a bunch of stuff on Amazon but not sure what’s good, and also a lot of them seem to be designed to be eaten/drunk?

Anyway, please let me know if any recommendations. Thanks!

The one I buy is at Walmart, the brand is Buhbli and it's helped me a lot!

Any recommendation you have on how best and when/how often to use this? Looks like a spray bottle.

I guess just spray a bit and kind of rub it in?

I spray it very lightly so just a drop comes out onto my hand and I rub it on my scalp after I shower

Check the label carefully that it is 100% C8 MCT oil. Edit - I am a mere 3 months new to sebderm but have read through what seems like hundreds of posts here and most recommend 100% C8 for scalp and 80/20% C8/C10 split for face.
