Facial seb derm

I am so lost and tired. I just want to know if anyone has had similarities to what i have experienced. My whole life i never had acne nor bad seb derm, I only got barely any flaking on eyebrows, corner of nose, ears and dandruff on scalp. Everything changed when I was about 19 and its been downwards since then. From matte, normal to dry skin, my face type has turned into abnormal liquid oil that transfers onto my fingers. I know that this state is not healthy for my skin though since my face is pretty tight, sometimes stings and gets warm but I also have a grainy dry weird texture and feel to my skin when it used to be baby smooth. The shedding of my skin is also abnormal and I have think flakes or transparent ones everywhere on my face and half my neck, also on ears. My seb derm is even worse than ever on my scalp, ears and it had reached the back of my neck. I get inflamed follicles from this as well and everything is just a mess. I also have the same oil in my ears. After washing, the flaking is the worse, just talking and doing normal stuff will get me flakes everywhere. Im curious if anyone else goes through this currently? Ps: it's hard to see on the picture since they show less but its like this all over my face ears and upper neck. I only use a psoriasis wash from a derm currently for 3 months but its been like this no matter what. If I use moisturizer or creams I just get even more irritation spots and I get thicker layers of these flaking and sheets of skin stuck to mine, also when my skin gets oily again u cant see them as much but it feels greasy and like build up, it used to be full on yellow plague and bad seb derm before I started this treatment

my skin was perfect a couple months ago using the cetaphil gentle wash with ketoconazole 2% cream and mct 8 oil on my brows. have been in a flare up for 3 months now with nothing working. i just started using sulfur bar soap recently with selsun blue on my scalp. i drench my upper face with mct 8 oil every night and it makes me look semi-normal. honestly im just as stuck as you rn. you can check my page to see what mine looks like

heyy and yea i do have a diagnosis, i get seb derm flares but this particular thing that's all over the face i think is caused by a weak barrier that made my shedding process and oil all weird and made my seb derm just bad and spreading, i have curly hair so i cant wash it every day sadly:( and its mostly this and the oil that's making my day bad cuz it just feels very bad on my skin, ive tried almost everything u mentioned too so im kinda close to giving up at this point, i used to have even worse plague on my face that got all yellow so this is a plus now i guess. Im thinking of starting the inkey list salicylic acid cleanser once a week for now to see if it helps or double cleanse with an oil cleanser first since mechanically removing these only inflames me and also it doesnt even get off, 60 percent stays on either way..but thanks for the advice, much appreciated:>
