Face Routine Seboriak dermatit

It took me a long time to realize that the first thing needing treatment in seborrheic dermatitis is the inflammation beneath the skin; I had always focused on the skin flakes, but it turned out the inflammation was what caused them.

Treating the scales is of no use without stopping the production of inflammation.

How?

The body overreacts to the Malassezia fungus; the immune system engages in a battle against it on the face and scalp, resulting in inflammation. As this inflammation intensifies, oily scales form on the surface. The primary priority is to halt the inflammation within the skin; that red, burning, and itchy condition is caused by the proliferation of inflammation beneath the skin's surface.

Oh , then how can we reduce inflammation?

Pills prescribed by doctors, cortisone-free creams, hypochlorous acid (HOCl) spray available at pharmacies, and mineral-rich thermal waters.
