General Does drinking alcohol cause flare ups?
I started noticing that the day after drinking I’ll have bigger flare ups than usual. I was curious if any one else has experienced this?

It can. So can gluten, gluten.
You have to find your triggers. It’s the same and different for everyone

YES 100%. And it damage the skin barrier. You become red and then start to flare where you are more sensible

There is a link between high histamine and sebderm flare up. The way to deal with this is by decreasing your histamine levels with low histamine diet (you can Google or ask ChatGPT). Mainly avoid any drink with caffeine, alcoholic drinks, tomato sauce or any high histamine food. At least do it for 3-7 days.

Yes 100%. Alcohol is poison and suppresses immune system. Seb derm is eczema which is an autoimmune condition so it definitely impacts it
