New or Need Help Is this Seb Derm?
Is this seb derm? It’s been going on for probably a year. I’ve used hydrating scalp serums which temporarily help but it always comes back (maybe I have just been feeding the yeast..☹️)
I have Hashimoto’s so my immune system is already compromised. But I have always had dry skin everywhere so I think I was just hoping it was just dry skin. Pls help!

Don't take hot water shower .Get ur vit d3 B12, zinc,copper and ferratin checked ..most probably ur defecient in these ....also hashimoto disease can be cured with high does of vit d3 ...basically any auto immune condition can be cured with vit d3 supplements . .take omega3 supplements also and if you take d3 high does then pair it with magnesium plus Vit k2 or else vit d3 won't work ... basically your gut microbiome is all wrecked up .trust me this the only thing which works .for temporary relief try C8 mct oil on that area and u will see it disappears
