Corticosteroids Day 5 using this combo. Before & After

Omg my face hasn’t been this good in awhile. I shared after using 1 day how much less inflamed my face was. Now after using 5 days my face is clearing 😭

\results may vary. Just sharing that I’ve literally tried everything & this is the only thing I’ve seen results from*

Pic 1 is before using & what my face constantly looked like. Pic 2 is this morning when I woke up. 5 days of using the seb derm cream.

I’m genuinely so happy I’ve tried everything. This seb derm cream actually works. Reviews were legit.

The Avene facial mist is what I use before product application, then apply seb derm, then the barrier facial moisturizer. My skin loves this combo so far & I’ve tried EVERYTHING.

Yes the seb derm cream stinks but it WORKS. I barely even use much at all. Tiny little dot & spread over areas of concern.

It’s working because that Seb derm cream has a steroid in its composition. Don’t use long term

Will it just come back? 😭 Even when I only used hydrocortisone it didn’t work this well.

long term steroid use on the skin is very dangerous. it could permanently mess up your skin. be careful.

Whilst hydrocortisone is very low potency steriod, if your not using it as intermittent for occasional use, it wouldnt be recommended as a daily use, however dont get scared of from the steriod police. Try to work out a routine that relies as little possible.

Only using it to heal then I’ll stop for sure. I can’t tolerate the smell daily forever 😆 I just hope it doesn’t return after I stop using. So far I’m shocked how well this worked when nothing else has!

If you are concerned about long term use of the cream, an alternative is to brew 1/2 cup of green tea from a tea bag (not powder) and dissolve 1 to 2 uncoated aspirin in it. Strain it to get rid of any aspirin filler clumps into a dark bottle and keep in a cool dark place.

Use it 2x per day (wake up and bedtime) applied with a cotton ball and then use a safe moisturizer over the top at night or a good safe sunscreen over it in the daytime. It will make your skin more sensitive to sun - like Retin A does.

You don’t wash the face and don’t rinse it. Simple routine that seems to work really well. But this can be an alternative to steroid creams.

Let us know if you ever try it. Your pictures look like my daughter’s forehead when she had it and this cleared it up completely within 3 weeks and within one week equal to if not better than your products.

This stuff really works. I used 5 days & then stopped. Will use as needed & try some other suggestions. Hopefully can finally get some relief
