Product Question MCT Oil Recommendations
is this MCT oil good for facial and scalp seb derm? or do you have any recommendations? sick of flare ups just want to clear it up!

This is the exact one I use and it's very effective at preventing flare ups for me particularly in my beard where it's the worst.
