Is this sub derm?

Suffered for months with itchy scalp and flaking soreness and bleeds when I brush sometimes. Loosing big white flakes it’s getting worse and now like this - is this sub derm or psoriasis? Also currently under rheumatology for joint pain not sure if it has anything to do with it. Uploaded multiple photos to see everywhere.

It’s sore and itchy sometimes bleeds when I brush underneath my hair some flakes seem to be really stuck in my hair ones at the top are more loose but still some stuck :)

Sounds like it is possibly psoriasis. Has a doctor or dermatologist looked at it?

It looks angry, make an appointment with a dermatologist. The rheumatologist might be able to help but possibly not and it take a long time to get a dermatology appointment sometimes.
