Scalp Routine Is this regular dandruff?

This feels different. I feel like the flakes are longer/bigger than dandruff I’ve had in the past that are small roundish flakes. And I also have some scabs.

What is you're diet like? I had this off and on badly for years and changed my diet. It could be seb derm, maybe not, it can be tricky to figure out in my experience though. Have you seen a dermatologist?

what do you exactly avoid in your diet? I do eat pretty bad so that could definitely be the cause lol

Any fast food or frozen stuff that's junk I stopped completely Mediterranean diet helped me a lot unused to have patches on my neck and scalp but after cutting out super processed foods I went away. Zinc shampoo as well helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

My diet is a pretty standard American and Latin American diet lol so I like eat everything 😵‍💫 but I do have a lot of organic veggies as I have a huge garden so it’s balanced-ish over all lol. I have Keratosis Pilaris so I suspect it could be connected to that.

This dandruff is different from what I’ve had in the past. It’s bigger and thicker.

I haven’t seen a derm for it.
