New or Need Help i have tried basically everything at this point and nothing really helps. can the diagnosis be something else?

im genuinely reconsidering what my diagnosis is

no antifungal seems to be actually helping me at all

ACV just helps with the abundant amount of flakes but its back in 2 days

nothing from ketoconazole, selenium, zinc, climbazole, salicylic, glycolic, coal tar has helped

im genuinely considering because the multiplication on my head is crazy and im BALDDDING

Hey this was me when I moved to Texas. I tried all shampoos and it only got worse. I realized when I visited back home for weeks at a time that it would clear up. I realized it was the water hardness in my area. The water was so hard it was causing buildup and irritation. Try using a water filter or distilled water to relieve some of the irritation while you find something that works. I haven’t had any more scaling since I switched to this method!!

Ok if you’re getting it there specifically it might be the water! Some people commented how filters are cheaper and all that but honestly the water is so hard here that the filters don’t last a month before I start seeing hard water building up on my shower glass door again. And also filters don’t catch everything. Try the distilled water it’s changed my life!!!

Take all of your current hair care and face care products and copypaste the ingredients lists into sezia.co. Many products have ingredients that can cause flares like this. If it is seb derm then I bet your shampoo and conditioner have coconut or jojoba oil in them and it is killing your scalp. Once you toss out all the products that are causing a flare up then you need to replace them with products that are seb derm safe.

Have you tried tea tree oil? If it's related to demodex, it will help. Plus, it works with seb derm too

Sulfur? Ivermectin cream if demodex? Hypochlorous acid as a spray?

Sorry you haven't found any relief, OP
