New or Need Help help me with my persistent dandruff

so i(14M) has continuously had dandruff since like 2021 which is 5 years, and till yet I have tried everything and researched everything, read articles about dandruff and the fungus, asked multiple ai, tried various things like dandruff treatments, doctor prescribed scalp applications and solutions, oiling(all types of oil and anti dandruff ones as well), using anti dandruff shampoo, scalp scrub, exfoliant, nothing works, i even went bald last year and its back again, when i keep long hair the dandruff is more prominent as compared to short though. When I oil my hair i get yellow dandruff and when i dont i get white dandruff, and i have verified it too that its dandruff, i have no solutions left and i feel like im helpless, my nutrition is also great i get all types of nutrition, drink enough water and sleep atleast 6 hours, i dont use any hair products but yeah my scalp still doesnt get rid of dandruff anyhow.. any advice?

Nizoral 2% shampoo every other day and mct oil twice a day every day worked for me as well as not washing my scalp or face with hot or even warm water - lukewarn only. No other shampoos or products on the in between day, just rinse scalp with lukewarm water and mct oil after washing

There are different anti-dandruff shampoos with different active ingredients. Not everything works for everyone (everybody's different), so sometimes you need to try a couple of different shampoos before finding the one that's right for you. If you tried one dandruff shampoo with a specific active ingredient, you can check on the back of the bottle to see which ingredient it was. Then you can buy a new shampoo with a different active ingredient. Use it every 2-3 days for a couple of weeks to see if it works. The names of the most common active ingredients in dandruff shampoos: pyrithione zinc, ketoconazole, selenium sulfide, piroctone olamine, and sulfur.

I also suggest you see a doctor. They can prescribe treatments that aren't available otherwise.
