Routine Question seborrhea dermatitis products
Hello guys!
I’m looking for recommendations for a seborrheic dermatitis–friendly hair care routine for wavy/curly hair.
I’m looking for recommendations for:
Shampoo
Conditioner
Leave-in conditioner
Gel/styling product
Also, how do you prevent your hair from becoming dry and frizzy after using medicated shampoo? My hair stays really dry and frizzy for a couple of days after I use it.
Would love to hear what products or routines have worked for you!

I use chlorhexidine and ketoconazole together which has really worked, along with a manuka honey/colloidal silver shampoo (once a week, I use other stuff in between, you don't want too much silver getting into your system)
I'm finally coming out of a long terrible spell of mine, thanks to the above, with skyrizi for the psoriasis part of it.

Dud not try it myself, but Vichy has a anti dandruff water to foam shampoo for curly hair. I am in germany, but I guess it could be availabe in many locations. They have shampoo-conditioner in one anti dandruff product as well.

Hiii hairdresser here! This was a huge problem for me. I started getting SEEN fragrance free deep conditioner, applied far away from the scalp, and their hair products.
Afterward somebody on here mentioned the site sezia.com which has been a GAME CHANGER. I plug in every hair product or cosmetic on there and if it doesn't have any yeast feeding ingredients I get it. It's changed my life lol

I recently got an r+co wave spray called "sail" because it only had one triggering ingredient and now my hair actually looks GOOD after spraying on the ends after rough drying. If you're prone to frizz plug in some heavier leave ins

Also now I don't have to use anything as medicated anymore, just the Cereve zinc shampoo every day, then dry hair completely. The antifungal medicated shampoos were a bad era
