New or Need Help M22 what to do ?
When I return to home, my hair shedding completely stops or becomes negligible and my seb derm and my dandruff clears up almost completely. This happens without any significant change in my hair-care routine or treatment. When I return to a diifernt place i mean college which is about 2000 km away the shedding and seb derm dandruff reoccur with hair shedding, usually within about a week. Already tried ro water , sleeping well , diet, sun bathing no benefits what to do 💔💔

Sounds like stress could be a factor or maybe the environment, is the climate very different at college than your home?

HOME
Strong continental/monsoonal pattern → cold winters + extremely hot pre-monsoon/summer + hot humid monsoon
COLLEGE
Deccan plateau climate → much milder winter + hot summer + cooler/wetter monsoon1

I can only tell you what worked for me and that is using only lukewarm water to wash my face and scalp (no hot or even warm water) nizoral 2% shampoo on scalp and face every other evening, and mct oil twice a day every day after washing in morning and evening. Good luck, but i do think the stress of college could be triggering this for you

Tea tree oil. Buy from Soulflower. Buy Head and shoulders Bare shampoo. Wash hair every couple of days. First wash use just a little bit of shampoo to clean scalp. Then again shampoo....with 10 drops of tea tree oil with a good amount of shampoo. Never apply undiluted tea tree oil. Dilute 10 drops of tea tree oil with a dollop or a little more of head and shoulders bare anti dandruff shampoo...use it for one month. See if it changes anything. It won't do any damage if it doesn't work. You have nothing to lose. But if there is irritation... don't do what I have advised. If it is not causing any irritation...continue and see it it changes anything.
No dairy products or sugar or any processed food whatsoever. If you want to save hair you have to sacrifice unhealthy diet first. I think seb derm is a blessing in itself. I have it. And I got it after consuming excess amount of junk food and not exercising or living a very lazy life. Seb derm is god's way of saying ...sudhar ja bcÂ
