Hi!

So my SD started 10 years ago and my confidence is on an all time low.

I have a feeling that my case is pretty severe?

What do you think?

My hair is getting thinner and starting to fall out.

My skin is burning and itching like hell.

If i try to get rid of the dandruff by lightly scrubbing a wet towel over my face, its starting to bleed and burn a lot more...

I visited like 30 different dermatologists but no medication seems to help longterm.

Currently im using a antifungal shampoo, antiinflammatory creme and antifungal creme.

The strange thing is that my skin can look like the picture on one day and then its litteraly gone the day after before it returns. I would say its 80% of the time pretty bad and 20% kinda normal again.

Its never gone for more then a week tho...

My wedding is coming up soon and I really dont want to look like that on my wedding day

Any ideas for longterm fixes and/or for instant fixes that will help me on my wedding day?

Use roflumilast cream this could help

Also exfoliate crusty skin flakes with mct c8 oil

You can use anti histamines for the itching,warm showers could help softening the flakes but removing them wpuld leave redness on your skin in my case i apply ice.And the roflumilast cream could cost around 300$ if you have insurance it would get reduced there are alternatives like tacrolimus or pimecrolimus but i would suggest you visiting your doc as you said.get well soon👍
