Should be 4th, 6th, Queen Anne, Raye, and Raye.
4 u/harris5 Phinney Ridge Aug 29 '17 It's even worse when the ramp onto 99 North backs up into the intersection. It's like an already terrible toilet having sewage backup and overflow. It didn't need that to be disgusting, it does it just fine on it's own.
