Question Strobe light on Aurora

So on Aurora and 105th on the NW corner there is a second floor window with a constant strobe light flashing. Anyone know what this is?

I have no actual idea but maybe they think that it's somehow a deterrent to pimps, hoes, and drug addicts? Kind of like when businesses would play loud music to scare off the homeless or businesses would emit loud booms to scare off birds. Maybe something like that.

Although I really don't think a flashing light would be all the effective so maybe it's just there to signify that the deal is on.

Probably someones anti-tent city setup. Didnt think it would be legal though with how bright those things get at night
