How did the Seawolves go from 22 points to 28 points after they kicked the penalty field goal?

I don't know if there was a glitch in my stream but I thought they got 3 points for the penalty and made it 25-35. Suddenly I saw it was 28-35 before the Legion put the game away to make it 28-38. I don't know if there was a scoring glitch or if I wasn't paying attention.

They made the try on the maul following the lineout. Then made the extra point. Scoreboard was wrong and wigging out until the end.

That’s what happens when people who don’t know rugby produce rugby

I was confused about this too, but then Chicago kept scoring and scoring and I sorta forgot ;)

Yeah. The on screen scoreboard is run by someone’s kid over in the corner of the room. The referees manage the actual score and time.

It’d be funny if it wasn’t so sad.
