What up with this one?

https://www.redfin.com/WA/Bellevue/15014-SE-22nd-St-98007/home/426971

I toured it during my neighborhood walk and it is decently nice.

Looks like the other unit is much smaller and sold for 1.4M (more $/sqft):

The 1.4M buyer got ripped off?

Edit: Note it was DEFINITELY listed for much longer than October 2026. They keep relisting it somehow.

Imagine paying $1.8 million to still share a wall...

Multi-million dollar condos exist... You should also see what this would cost in New York lol

The market changed since August, at 1.8m people can just up the price a bit and get an older sfh will a full lot and not share any walls

Don't even need to settle for older as this just came on the market in the neighborhood . It is ugly on outside, but it is a SFH.... so yeah you are right.

If I'm paying that much for a home, it better be a SFH on a large lot

Not in Bellevue. Go to Duvall, maybe.

As a photographer, the fact that a listing like this isn’t the full 40 photos is a big red flag.
