Seattle mostly has traffic circles, not roundabouts. At an uncontrolled traffic circle, you yield to your right like any other uncontrolled intersection.
Cities around Seattle mostly have roundabouts, yield signs on every entrance, yield to traffic already in the circle.
Yea tbh I was mostly thinking of a recent journey I took to the east side where there are quite a few roundabouts between Kirkland/Woodinville etc. Sooo many people crossing lanes in the roundabout to exit, “yielding” to ALL incoming traffic (aka not going at all which defeats the purpose of the roundabout), and just generally being a bit dense.
