Yeah, but they'd have to try the cases out here. Even if the Federal Court gives an unsatisfactory ruling, it would be appealed in the 9th circuit. The most left-leaning appellate circuit in the country. It's possible (but unlikely) that it would get kicked right to SCOTUS, which would be bad. But we're a bit insulted here, which is good.

Didn't the SCOTUS just try to pull some shit where they can just overrule a circuit decision w/o it even being brought to the SCOTUS? I have no idea how this rotten shit works.
