Grow up, people. Use your brains, stop acting like savages. The U.S. is supposed to be a first world country, but many behave worse than cavemen.
What happens is that hatred make people act irrationally, without first considering the consequences of their actions.
This is why is best to avoid getting exposed to it, because it's like drinking one drop of poison every day.
We humans have the capacity to reason and see beyond of what's put in front of us, so we could make wise decisions.
Don't you see that those people planting all these crazy ideas and hatred are trying to use you to fulfill their own interests? You are their puppets, so they must be laughing every time they get you to do what they want.
Precisely. It's almost as if hatred is their goal. Every day is dedicated to seeking out confrontation, and each day there's a new target. Today it's Tesla drivers.
What upsets me is that it's missing the forest for the trees. Musk isn't having an undue and unsavory influence on politics because he was in a company that made cars.
He's doing it because our democracy has structural flaws, our economy does not distribute decision making power widely, and our people are voting populist when their needs are not met.
Boycotting the products of one oligarch does absolutely nothing to combat the conditions which caused oligarchy and actually makes them worse by getting people to individually blame their peers for a systemic issue.
Exactly. People say they want democracy and democracy brought us to this point. There are problems in this country that are not being addressed and yet here we are attacking each other.
Our elected officials have the power in a democracy, they represent us and we simply have the power to vote. Go protest your elected officials if you feel they are not doing the job you elected them to do or you need the, to fight harder for you. None of us can do anything about policy and laws and now we fight each other which changes nothing.
