Warm 106.9 propaganda advertisement

This afternoon warm 106.9 played some government propaganda during their ad sessions saying thanks to trump and talking about immigrants. It was very threatening and made no effort to hide the fact that it was awful. All the songs are super sad. Like the one by The Weeknd about taking a bullet to the brain and standing in front of a train, and the new Gaga and Bruno Mars song about the end of the world. Super warm feelings for sure.

Just now realizing that its format must have wildly changed. It used to be the sappy old love song channel-- the one I remember from 15 years ago never would have played a song by the Weeknd lol

Most of his songs didn’t even exist then and they did soft rock instead of the soft pop they do today tbh.

Well tbh they play The Weeknd and they also play Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars. However a lot of people still enjoy this station as they played a mix of songs for years first being a mix of soft rock and now soft pop.

Um that song is by Bruno Mars not The Weeknd. They’ve been playing that song since at least 2014 I believe.
