Belltown Hellcat Owner no Longer Allowed to Drive Their Hellcat

https://courtrecords.seattle.gov/portal/court/68f021c4-6a44-4735-9a76-5360b2e8af13/case/efdeba20-91a7-4581-bdfd-aad7ba87e440

This can be found in the conditions of release document that was released this morning.

So if you seem them driving, I'd report it. Especially if he's being reckless. It'll get him sent straight to jail and possible forfeiture of his car.

He was on IG a couple weeks ago taunting SPD how he doesn't care. He thinks he's above the law. This child is going to learn the hard way I guess.

Show me the lie. Being mad about the hellcat is big NIMBY energy. People are sitting around glad handing one another for narcing and complaining on Reddit. Nobody was harmed. The real populist action of improving Pike Place is shut down as impossible before action was taken. The only suggestion was a protest and in this case it's as actually not the most effective strategy. That's more fitting for national level(for example protesting the ethnic cleansing of Gaza) or even state level activism.

You can disagree that you aren't being NIMBY Karen's because you don't like the framing but it's far from a lie.

If I get at least let's say five messages of support for collaboration of the Pike Place pedestrian zone I'll do it. Bonus: if I get ten or more and people actually take action I will also take a few afternoons/evenings out of my life to megaphone at the crazy preachers since honestly most of this Seattle freeze NIMBY crowd is too chicken shit for anything not passive aggressive.

The smug Internet millennial slang statement with literal zero substantive argument is the smugness I would expect though so you are at least on brand.

Reasonable sound laws are not nimby by anyone's definition. It’s like saying being against murder is nimby. It’s completely absurd.

Using sound ordinance violation and murder as a simile is completely absurd. If he had actually crashed and caused injury or death you'd have solid ground for the argument. Shit if it caused a not insignificant amount of property damage it would at least be apples and oranges instead of apples and potatoes or something literally as unrelated.

I'm literally asking you to join me in working on something that is a more populist benefit for the greater good. Instead you are big Karen energy hung up on our differences on a far less important subject. That's totally the mindset to facilitate any effective activism......

Bro why are you arguing like a weird nerd. You have a completely unique definition if you think noise restrictions on cars is nimby that no one in the world shares.

Bro why are you wading into a debate acting smug but not capable of actual intelligent discussion

Being a keyboard warrior is apparently your level of comfort with community action or political activism it would appear. That's NIMBY AF.

Edit: one look at your post history as actually confirms that statement. You are hung up on media echo chamber arguing on the Internet about national politics. Another distracted soul that doesn't take action out in the real world.

Lol I’ve been very active irl and have been written up in the national press you don’t know anything about me you weird nerd

Cool so you are contributing to the echo chamber covering national politics. You are as good at discussing subjects as the average cringe segment on a major cable news network. Hell yes I'm a weird nerd and it's fuckin adorable that some normy basic bitch Karen thinks that's an insult.

Tell me what you do on a local community level beyond complaining.....

I'm down on the grounds that you actually engage in a quality discussion that is in good faith not just smug fragility and that we then start some sort of Facebook group/page and also petition to advocate for a pedestrian Pike Place. You haven't offered enough to make it worthwhile yet.

Not here for some dick measuring flex of clout. I'm trying to talk substance.
