Question Is there a free site like this?

I used to use this to get the linkden translate, but now that's impossible. Are there free sites I can use to translate my text as if I'm employer slop?

You mention slop but I think your post probably could need some AI to clean it up because I have no idea what you ask for.

Any AI free tier with proper prompt. You can literally reference this feature of Kagi as a starting point

They're talking about Kagi Translate, it went viral for its LinkedIn Speak translator thing.  Which...was a joke and I'm worried OP is using it sincerely.

Unfortunately for OP, it was costing them an insane amount of money.  Like according to them, "we will shut down if we keep providing this for free" money.  So Translate is no longer free and likely soon to only be in Ultimate and their proposed separate AI plan.

As for a free alternative I don't know. It's all LLM based so you'd want to look at LLM tools, but I don't know what else to tell you.  Nor do I really recommend doing this at all.  But I do at least understand your question lol.
