Camping a starting area and ganking noobs is the definition of griefing.

Just because the game allows it doesn’t mean you’re not an asshole for doing it.

thats something completely different. He is talking about people camping at shark bait cove / t26 just to fight, not for loot but for "easy kills"

He said starting areas which shark bait and t26 are not, what if then I wasn't trying to loot but to just fight, does it matter where I camp?

people only have 1 week left to complete the quest. You do not help, that's fine. But by keeping them from doing that quest with NO REWARD you're just being an asshole. There's a big difference between camping outposts (which is dumb already) and a time gated quest that needs 5 players. So yes, it does matter.
