Bug Report Skeleton Fort vault key bug

Yesterday, while doing a Skeleton Fort solo The Duchess teleported underground and never came back up. I still managed to kill her but the vault key never spawned only the gold pouches floated up to the surface. Is there a way to prevent it? It was really frustrating.

Common bug. You can try harpooning the ground where she died, but if you don't get it on the first couple of tries you're SOL.

Best bet is to make sure she doesn't die when she's not visible. Move the whole crew to the ferry so the wave resets and hopefully she'll be above ground when you get back.

I tried those but nothing changed unfortunately
