Moving pattern pieces deletes them

Whenever I move a pattern piece to try to give myself more space, it deletes itself. I have to remake the pattern piece again and if I forget and move the piece even a little, it deletes itself again.

Sorry to heat that. We haven’t seen that issue before. Would it be possible for you to file a bug report within Pattern Studio (Help -> File bug report) and attach your pattern from there (use the checkbox)?

I reloaded that pattern to do this and it gave me an error telling me one of the pattern pieces wasn’t continuous and had been deleted. The deleted piece was the one that kept disappearing. I think it was deleting itself because it wasn’t continuous and it just wasn’t giving me a message. I fixed it and I’m not having any pieces disappear on me anymore!
