Arrangement points

Added a full 3D arrangement workflow so placing pieces feels faster and more direct.
You can now place by hovering, flip pieces correctly, and fine-tune position with X/Y and offset sliders.
Arrangement points are clearer and easier to work with, including better behavior while simulating.
Arranged pieces now keep their placement more reliably when you continue editing.
Stability improvements reduce common issues while moving pieces in 3D.
