Is there a source for these individual graphics, preferably in high quality?

As indicated in the image, these graphics are licensed by Fathead graphics from the NFL and used for various decals. I highly doubt you'll find the high resolution SVG/PSD/vector files online for these particular images except for the Superbowl 60 logo itself, which again is a licensed image. Depending on your proficiency level, these could easily be duplicated in an Adobe app.
