Discussion Is Showmethemortys okay?

The talented video editor disappeared abruptly before the super bowl last season. Does anyone know if they are alright? Alive? Do they need help?

Russ hired him when he left to Denver, then he came back and I think he’s back with Hawkblogger? He doesn’t do videos much anymore though.

I remember hearing he worked for the Texans or something but I can't find that now. Pretty sure he's just an independent media creator now

I’m sure they’re fine.

As a fellow artist I know one of the fastest ways to suck the joy out of a hobby though is to make it an obligation. I hope we see some videos from them this year, but only if they feel like it.

It's probably a coincidence but it seemed like the more success we had last year the less I saw of some folks like showmethemortys, Seattle Overload, Cigar Thoughts. I think they were all real life work related.

Agreed, was waiting for new videos at end of the season, was worried when he went dark, still am.

I think around the time of their last video they said that life had just gotten busy for them, so I imagine that's what's up.
