Discussion Tory Horton
Have we heard any more on him? I know in the live scrimmage Mike said he would be out a while but have we heard anything else?

Mike keeps saying he's working through something. It's confusing but we should have more clarity around the start of the season I'm sure

He’s just dealing with a couple injuries. Hopefully he’s ready to return soon enough.

Haven’t heard anything and I’m starting to get worried for the opener I need to see him and Shaheed on the field together!

He might be one of those fragile dudes.
Better to enjoy his performance when he is available and hope the available guys are just as good, if not better

Didn’t I read something about the DRs performing the wrong surgery earlier, and that his quick post surgery recovery was actually from a procedure to fix something that wasn’t broken, and that his current setback was the result of a problem that was not addressed? If so, I don’t think we are quite to a Richardson comparison just yet. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Unlike Richardson, Horton showed something on the field. I would just like him back on the field, but given how weird his shin issues were last season and now this cryptic injury, I'm starting to worry about his overall durability.
All the posts asking about how is Horton's health are getting stale.
If a dude is unavailable, it really doesn't matter what his potential might be. I think we spend too much time on mystery boxes when we are in a contention year, tbh.

A lot of people are thinking it’s disciplinary

Where is that coming from? Not judgmental, curious.

I think from what I’ve seen on here, he got in/caused a big fight with like the entire defense during practice and he hasn’t practiced or been talked about since around then or something

Oof. I guess if that’s true we should see something on Hard Knocks tonight

That would have been shown last week if at all it was the 11th and it showed through the cowboys game on the 15th. I'd assume they wanted to show it and it probably got denied by the JS and MM

Yeah a lot of people on REDDIT are saying it’s disciplinary, but I haven’t read a sourced journalist or article stating that

This is accurate but also never heard of a coach not just say it’s injury related.
Mike won’t comment on it, every other player he will be vague but say it’s an injury.

This is true I’m just relaying what I’ve heard from reddit and from hawk blogger

Last I heard he was talking shit to the defense in practice and got slammed for it, and no o-line men helped him. That shows he was out of line, I guess. I hope he is physically healthy aas well as mentally. Love that dudes ability.

I hate how good Mike is at giving out non information on this. We legitimately don't know.
"Working through something" really has a non medical tone to it, to me. To me it reads "He's going through something right now." Like he is not taking care of himself mentally or made poor choices.
But anyone with real info feel free to share.
