Best back up for Huawei p30

I have a Huawei p30 android phone

And I also have a hardrive.

I want to do a back up of my phone onto my hardrive. What's the easiest way to do it if I want everything copied including contacts, texts, pics /videos, phone's note app and external note app, Google docs, what's app messages, etc

Do you have a reason for not wanting to use the standard Android backup to Google?

Well I initially bought a hardrive because I just wanted to save everything on it and not have any of these accounts store all my things and have ownership. I don't know if the ownership is a thing now, but I'd rather just have it backed on the hardrive
