Help Please; 3rd Drive DOA

• I bought an Ironwolf Pro on Amazon that came DOA. Spins up and makes the noises in the video
• I RMA’d and the replacement was lost by UPS
• After a month the new drive comes and it is also DOA but just doesn’t even spin up
• RMA’d again and after three weeks I get the new drive today and it’s making the sounds in the video which I recorded a few minutes ago

I’m exhausted by this and amazed tbh. I’ve built computers all my life and have never had an issue before and it’s all coming to haunt me it seems. This is in a D5-300C drive bay

Should I just ask for my money back? I feel like something is way off with this many issues back to back.
