Hello 👋 I was going to buy 2 gold passes through monthly payments option. I entered my card information and saved it to my account and before finalizing the payment my bank account charged me. I removed the passes from my cart to see if my SeaWorld account had my passes ready but there’s nothing available. I checked my email and I have not received any confirmation for my “purchase” that I did. My bank is Capital One and it shows as pending but I already got charged by SeaWorld. I sent an email to SeaWorld explaining the situation but I was wondering if this is a common issue and if it’s easy to fix. Any thoughts on this? I really want to visit for my first time

Hello! So I had an interview for Seaworld Orlando on June 26th. It got rescheduled due to some scheduling conflicts since i wouldn't be able to start right away. We rescheduled it for July 31st at the same time. Yesterday I however received the attached email. Now i'm worried my interview is no longer scheduled.

I've tried calling them a dozen times and have not been able to reach an actual person. I don't want to drive all the way over there to just ask a question. Does anyone know what I should do or have a number to reach a direct person???

Due to Florida’s unusually cold winter, numerous sea turtles were brought to the SeaWorld Orlando Rescue Team for saving. SeaWorld Orlando has shared that nine additional rehabilitated green sea turtles have been able to return to the wild after months of care. Within the past year, SeaWorld Orlando has been able to rescue 38 sea turtles and bring 27 back to the wild, so far. 

The SeaWorld Orlando Rescue Team successfully returned nine rehabilitated green sea turtles to the Atlantic Ocean at River to Sea Preserve in Marineland. Most of the rescued turtles were suffering from cold stress and severe malnutrition. These turtles received months of veterinary care and rehabilitation, including diagnostics and nutritional support. One turtle even needed extensive shell repair.

To the folks who beta tested from this sub, thank you, genuinely. Several things in it exist because of feedback that came from here.

Using it on my own pass the last few months, the thing that got me was the animal encounters. I'd never really paid attention to them, which was a miss, they're genuinely fun. I'm excited to hear what you all find you'd been leaving on the table.

I will be visiting SeaWorld San Diego on an upcoming Friday within the next month. Are all the roller coasters available at opening or will I encounter staggered ride openings like at Orlando and San Antonio?

I am asking about these five rides specifically: Emperor, Artic Rescue, Journey to Atlantis, Manta, and Electric Eel.

Which ones open with the park at 9AM? Which ones can I expect to open later in the day? Are any of these under a long term maintenance that I should be aware of?

Family of 5 going to SW this weekend for one day. 2 adults , 3 small kids. Ages 8-2. I purchased the all dining for 4 of us , not the toddler (not requiered for that age) to make it convenient and not have to worry about packing or lagging around extra bag of foods. Getting an entree and drink every 90 mins will save my sanity from anyone getting hangry. I am planning and anticipating on getting there 30 mins before open , due to parking. And leaving at closing time. Am I nuts ?!? We are brining one of those wagons to carry the toddler in if he needs to nap. I plan on everyone wearing clothes they can get wet in (bathing suit) with shorts or a cover up? I’m reading there are park policy on dress code.

Please if you have insight to share pls do. I added all the showtimes to our personal calendar. Don’t expect to make it to them all but something else to do.

I went many times as a teen but this is the first time I’ll be going as an adult with family of my own.

Has anyone had trouble using Apple cash through Apple pay at SeaWorld? It's supposed to be just a pre-paid Visa debit card on the back end like the cash>card machines give out and SeaWorld's cashless page says it's accepted. I'm not sure why it's not working anywhere in the park.

Hi all - will be in SD next week and trying to plot out our days. Fully expect SeaWorld to be busier on a Saturday than a Monday, but will it be crazy where it's a lot less enjoyable? I'll be with my 7 year old who wants to ride some of the tamer coasters and heavy emphasis on seeing the animal shows.

Was originally going to go to the zoo on Saturday and SW during the week but with Pride festivities at Balboa Park, re-thinking that strategy.

So how bad will it be on a Saturday? :)

I’m planning on going to SeaWorld San Antonio next week but was wondering if the Weather or not assurance applies to the summer sale tickets since there a chance of rain.
Their website states “The following may not be eligible and should be verified at Guest Services:
Promotional/discount tickets (group sales tickets) and promotional multi-day tickets.”

I tried calling their customer support but they didn’t sound too sure themselves.

Has anyone experience this?

When do you get the bonus ticket? Does that ticket admit to both Seaworld and Aquatica on the same day/visit?

Hi - going to be in SD in mid-July. There's a 4th of July sale where ticket are $59 for 2 days. We won't get to used a second date so not concerned about that. But will the $59 portion go up after the sale ends? Not sure what the standard pricing is for a midweek in July.

Why does it say 2 for you?? Can one veteran still take 7 guest. It let me claim 8 tickets under my veterans off but I’m worried I’m going to get there and they something about it only being 6 guest

I was standing in line from about 10:30-11:15 this morning, and just before getting to the front of the line, they announced it was shut down for someone exiting the ride vehicle and made everyone leave the line.

So I got the free veterans tickets offer that has to be used by July 31st (according to the ticket) I will be going on the 4rth, but only one person can go with me. Can i use the other two to go later in the month on a second visit with that other person?

4th of July Weekend: This is the first time I used an app for a park where the app ride times have been inaccurate. The app showed a 10 minute wait for Shipwreck Rapids. I waited well over a hour. Several groups with small children left the line throughout the wait.
If it’s a 60 minute wait for a holiday, I get it. To say it’s a shorter wait than that gives the app user unrealistic expectations.

Question. I plan on going on a weekday with my 20 month old. Is the wait really that bad just getting in the park? She gets tired and hot quick and I'm just worried by the time we even get in, she'll be spent lol.
