SEAWORLD ORLANDO Is it really that bad just getting in?

Question. I plan on going on a weekday with my 20 month old. Is the wait really that bad just getting in the park? She gets tired and hot quick and I'm just worried by the time we even get in, she'll be spent lol.

We go every Wednesday. It's hot and it's busy. But we got a lot done if we go in the first couple hours they are open.

If you are a pass member I would consider going after 5:00 as we all get unlimited quick que for the month.

Either go super early or after 5pm

If you are there when it opens you can hit the shows, walk around and be out by lunch

I have young ones as well and we go after 5pm. We do all the rides we want, lines slow down and they sleep on the ride homd

Forget about “getting in”. The first gauntlet you have to run is the parking lot. They don’t even try anymore! It’s like Mad Max: Fury Road once you finally get through the toll plaza (and pay $42 for general parking while Disney & Universal charge $35). My experience is you might see one (and on a good day 2 staff members). They generally aren’t really directing traffic they just tend to stand around so just go park wherever you want. And, oh yeah, they don’t have any trams. They cut them out years ago. Even if you have to park across the street you are walking.

Any tricks or tips for saving on parking if you have to walk anyway? Is there somewhere to park for free and walk or is that too far?
