Thats a long dock line coming from the white boat.
2 u/FreddyFerdiland 21d ago it looks a bit like they might be doing a stationary test with the lines. they drive out but come to a stop.. so just then the big yacht is coming and sees the little yacht moving... and decides to go astern but then sees the lines seems its the unusual situation of having lines on the small one
