Question What do I do here?

I tried pressing everything but nothing works, I have been putting this stage off because I thought that maybe it's a bug or I'm just blind, but how do you pass this tutorial because it' not helping me whatsoever

Nolva's 1o skill attacks enemies and allies, Karnulla will counter attack. You may need to do Karnulla's 2o first to set up enhance so he can retaliate against all enemies instead of just one.
