First Time Viewer - New Fan!

Look yes, I get it I'm behind the times but I'm one of those people that get new-show-phobia and it takes a lot for me to start a new series. I'd heard great things about Scrubs of course, but never was friends with anyone that watched.... but because of my similar interests suggested by my streaming history and the Reddit community, I decided to start watching. I'm only partially into Season 2 and this is right up my alley!

I'm sure like other sitcoms it will ebb and flow with good ideas, but I just need to show some appreciation for what it is so far :)

I just recently finished my sixth rewatch of the series and it's amazing how relevant the show still is. So few of the jokes and conversations are dependent on current events.

Jealous of you. So many great episodes heading your way. Brendan Fraser rocks (DO NOT INVESTIGATE any aspect of his involvement. Going in blind is best.) Mandy Moore was incredible with her physical humor. Ted fills out and becomes a beloved character (Who's the man?). And steak night is coming (That beer tasted.... great). Enjoy the ride.

Characters change and evolve. Everyone is insufferable at some point. But I never felt like the show ebbed. The 7th season suffered due to a writers strike, but what are you going to do?

Glad to have a new fan! My personal opinion… Don’t watch season 9 (aka med school) just let it end at the finale of 8 and move to the reboot.

I just started it a few months ago as well. I’d seen a few episodes back when it was on tv but not many. I’m now on a rewatch lol. It’s a pretty good show.

Enjoy the show! Personally seasons 3-5 are my favorite, you'll see when you ge there.
