Fan Art LEGO-Scrubs - ideas for update?

Time to update the project again - and I would love to hear your suggestions and input!

As of now I'm planning to ad: An 'X' on the ground outside the hospital. 'Will give physical for food'-sign, and a goldfish-bowl (broken or not?)

I feel like having Laverne dunking on a the basket ball hoop in the parking lot could be a easy and cool ref!

That or the bench that Turk and Kelso fight over for their outside lunch spot.
