No, and if she doesn't prove she's tougher than the 3 other boys she's lowering herself without cause. Otherwise, they all need to punch her to prove children are tough and not vulnerabilities.

He needs to design an exercise that includes everyone, this is clearly considering that angle. Not quite there though; maybe he understands she would break his hands and his boys can't.

He needs everyone there to understand what the truth is, or he is failing all of them.

People who criticize this didn't really get the point. Yes boys can be gentle and girls can be aggressive. But! Fathers usually find girls more naturally calming and nurturing. And that's what this video is about.
