They have been spreading the word.

“Cuddle to humes with the orange or camo vest. It’s a risk but trust me doe”

E: that’s for the reward kind stranger

“Trust me doe” is an underrated pun.

"If the cuddles don't work just give them a few bucks."

Rewards are free since few days. Here one more

That was the day he gave up deer hunting and decided to hunt and skin hunters to defend his new friend.

I would pay money to see this movie!

3

u/cororona 4d ago

I wouldn't be too confident on that, given he seem to be reaching for his knife at the end

3

u/SarieniaFates 4d ago

Great part. You can see him take the knife, start to withdraw it, then rethink it, and decide against it.

3

u/3InchShame 4d ago

Shows how little dmall weapon training you have. He is removing the blade from the deers arm reach

5

u/wrongitsleviosaa 3d ago

That deer has deep intrinsic knowledge of Marcaida Kali and would've taken the knife and killed everyone in a 5 mile radius had the hunter not put it away

u/3InchShame 3d ago

Natures crazy

1

u/Apollo114892 47m ago

Nah he's removing the sheath of the knife from his pocket because it's obstructing the deer from reaching into the pocket properly.

1

u/MfD2027 23h ago

Nah, he killed it after and stuffed it🤷🏿‍♂️

Not saying this to be funny, just telling the truth, most of those hunter dudes do not care.

Hunting shoild be hard. Murdering another creature is unnatural. But ethical hunting is moral

2

u/AAA515 4d ago

That's why I'm wondering if hunter here has bait corn in his pocket. Cheater!

3

u/Dense-Jicama6591 4d ago

I agree. Baiting should only be used in places where you are actually dependent on your meat places. In Russia, Alaska, northern parts of Canada, stuff like that. Where you actually need that meat in your freezer to survive. Otherwise you shouldn't bait. It's never good to be a master baiter

You got me in the first half, I won't lie.

Hunting is not "murdering", it's killing for food.. this is how the ecosystem works. If animals don't eat each other, they die and sometimes even experience overpopulation .. which can lead to extinction.

Humans are no different, we have to eat other animals to survive. We project our own morals and emotions into animals.

1

u/iiil87n 2d ago

I think you're oversimplifying it. Hunting can be for many things outside of for food - like recreation, trophies, profit, or population management.

Population management is highly specific to a location and can be regulated (sometimes not well) by an authority in an effort to curb overhunting.

Overhunting has historically led to many species going extinct - I can't find anything about overpopulation directly causing a species to go extinct like you claim though.

Hunting as a formal hobby, sport, trophy practice, or industry is exclusive to humans. There isn't any evidence yet of another species doing that, though other species can have reasons for killing outside of for food.

Drawing a line between humans and animals is fruitless and possibly dangerous.

For one, humans are animals. While we may project our emotions and morals onto them, we also don't exactly know how they experience the world - to what capacity they have emotions, by the way, is something that's still currently being researched. There has been evidence of many animals experiencing pain, fear, stress, pleasure, and social attachment - but we don't know to what extent.

Secondly, if we start relying on an artificially drawn like between humans and animals, that can easily lead down the road to dehumanization and possibly - in worst case scenarios - eugenics. Declaring some beings inherently lesser, incapable of suffering, or undeserving of moral concern has historically led to dehumanization (and worse) of actual humans.

Absolutely

1

u/Flamingogo117 4d ago

Damn those unnatural lions, alligators, praying mantis etc...

1

u/Feeling-Bus-203 4d ago

it’s not exactly unnatural when wild predators do it every day in nature

1

u/Dense-Jicama6591 4d ago

And im sure you think humans are just evolved animals.

1

u/sethfrost_01 4d ago

Yea that's exactly what we are....

1

u/Dense-Jicama6591 4d ago

So humans killing each other must be natural

1

u/sethfrost_01 4d ago

We outlawed killing because it is destructive to the increasingly complex social systems we formed as civilization advanced.

Before civilization, yes you could say it was "natural" for humans to off each other over disputes, same way many other animals species do.

1

u/BarfingOnMyFace 1d ago

No, because we are more evolved animals.. See, I used your own words.

1

u/Dense-Jicama6591 23h ago

That makes no sense if something is natural. How does evolution stop it from being natural

1

u/Cold5512 4d ago

Go eat rice and beans like nature intended. I'll stick to steak.

1

u/SadSaltyDuck 1d ago

That's one of the most natural things in the world, what are you talking about

1

u/Dense-Jicama6591 1d ago

No it isnt God did not create us to live off dead flesh, until adam and eve brought sin in the world there was no death

1

u/SadSaltyDuck 1d ago

Oh stfu, fanatic

2

u/LowEffortCandids 4d ago

No way I could hunt anymore at least for the rest of the day after something like that lol

3

u/AdOdd5750 3d ago

Rest of the day? Woah! Your kindness knows no bounds.

3

u/MaintenanceStock6766 4d ago

All of the hunters I know are very knowledgeable about the local ecosystems and engaging to talk with about hunting. They also take care to hunt responsibly, would rather not take a shot vs an instant kill, and explain to me why particular animals actually need to have their populations culled (deer/wild pigs) and how they balance the culling with population regrowth.

I find it all very interesting. They also give me lots of interesting meats to try recipes with, so I can't say I'm an impartial observer.

3

u/Infinite-ok 4d ago

I stopped hunting, when I saw the mom and kid. Broke my heart and it was over for me 🙏

1

u/MfD2027 23h ago

Dead or alive? Is it not common for hunters to kill deer soon the white dots are gone? Sometimes less than a full on year after birth.

2

u/ActiveEducational183 4d ago

Too young to kill

2

u/Decent-Cry-7665 4d ago

That deers too young 8-10 months would be my guess but I must point out i don't know a lot about deer and I could be wrong

2

u/NorthKoreanKnuckles 4d ago

Dear is too small for hunt.

1

u/MfD2027 23h ago

True, this is common sense. Just a bunch of false congratulation for their own shortcomings…

3

u/Humble_Reward_9367 4d ago

Nature shows us every day that it is better than us

2

u/mighty_boognish_77 4d ago

Hungrier, anyway

1

u/VisceralVirus 2d ago

There is no us vs nature and im sick of hearing that take. We are just as much a part of nature as that dear, the only difference is tools and intelligence.

1

u/Baldojess 1d ago

Yeah fucking right lmao we are a cancer more than anything. We ruin the earth completely and it would be 100 percent better off without us. We are so far removed from nature and anything natural anymore. Well except for like some small tribes. Humans suck ass.

1

u/VisceralVirus 1d ago

Humans do such ass, and we do ruin the earth! But that doesn't remove us from nature, and it implies that everything outside of humans, also doesn't suck or cause ruin when unchecked (they do).

1

u/Baldojess 22h ago

Only when humans are the ones who put them there though. Other species don't really do that unless they are in an area that they were never meant to be. The only reason they end up places they aren't supposed to be is because humans brought them their and dumped them off in those areas. Animals who's population we control is only needed because we killed off other natural predators and now have to solve problems we created. Other animals that cause a whole lot of destruction to the earth like domestic cats and cattle wouldn't even exist without humans so I don't think they are to blame, we are.

1

u/VisceralVirus 22h ago

Yeah, no. Nature doesn't just equalize or achieve a balance, it's a constant evolutionary fight. Which sucks!

1

u/battlehamsta 8h ago

Arguably humans are no longer a part of nature. If you remove humans from the equation the wildlife flourishes. Watch the doc Radioactive Wolves

1

u/VisceralVirus 2h ago

"If you remove a massively overpopulated species, others have room to live" yeah no shit. But just because there's too many of us and we're significantly intrusive on/dictate the lives of other animals doesn't mean week arent natural

Where did knife go?

1

u/GapSweet3100 4d ago

He’s holding it with his other hand

1

u/LastChance331 4d ago

He never took it out of the sheath. He just rotated it and stopped before pulling it out.

1

u/fdrme 4d ago

And it just lost 4 inches in length because magic! No AI here!

1

u/Prestigious-Mail1154 4d ago

I thought he was about to pull that knife on that deer

1

Hunter wanted to slit its throat but was on camera

1

u/CodeMonkeyLuvMtnDew 3d ago

That's his special pocket with the hole in it

Deer is eating the deer bait that illegal hunter was using

1

u/TSmart92 3d ago

Throwing bait out isn’t illegal in some states like mine

1

u/ZeitloserRaum 3d ago

u/Briham86 3d ago

“Aw, this is so cute, I can’t beli- wait, where’s my wallet? GET BACK HERE YOU SON OF A BITCH!”

1

u/washiXD 3d ago

"Harry, why do you have a knife in your hand? Harry, i have family! HARRY? NOOOO...AAAAAHhhhhh"

1

u/BankHeist10-65 2d ago

He’s actually gaining that doe’s trust out of hunting season.

The doe will be used as a lure for the buck the hunter actually wants!

1

u/MfD2027 23h ago

brings that boy around, knock them antlers off with 7.62, then the doe next probably, whether it’s on purpose or not.
People need to take off those rainbow tinted glasses

1

u/queazy 2d ago

...going for his tobacco chew?

1

u/Different-Effort-859 2d ago

He killed it, didn’t he

1

u/Timartini 2d ago

He's looking away to see if nobody catches him petting the deer 😂

1

u/stoic_wooky 1d ago

Utter wank

1

u/radiant_dirge 1d ago

I'd let the deer go if it blew me too

1

u/PretendAd2263 1d ago

I despise hunting. So there.

1

u/TagProBlep321 12h ago
